Ogier Jersey acts for Wells Fargo in £200 million refinancing

Ogier Jersey has acted for Wells Fargo in connection with a £200 million refinancing provided to West End of London Property Unit Trust (WELPUT) and certain other Jersey unit trusts and companies forming part of the same group.

WELPUT is established as a Jersey unit trust holding various West End of London property but has recently extended its focus to central London offices.

The Ogier team was led by Partner Chris Byrne with Senior Associates Peter Longstaffe and Elaine Kelly, and Associate Anna Cochrane.

The English legal advisers were Stephenson Harwood for Wells Fargo and Norton Rose LLP, and Mourant Ozannes acted for WELPUT.
