Ogier have announced the appointment of Tom Amy (pictured) as Managing Director for Ogier Fiduciary Services in Guernsey. Tom Amy joined Ogier in 2010 and is moving from Ogier's Jersey office to assume the role of Managing Director of Ogier Fiduciary Services in Guernsey. Tom is a Chartered Accountant who trained with PWC and qualified in 2001. He has specialised in funds and corporate work as well as accounting and audit. Simon Willing, Ogier Fiduciary Services Chief Operating Officer said "Tom has a detailed knowledge of regulatory matters and an excellent understanding of best practice in corporate governance. He benefits from a very broad commercial awareness of offshore activity and current trends, including the issues facing our clients." Tom said "I am looking forward to working with the team in Guernsey to provide outstanding client service and develop our business in this key jurisdiction."
