Marbral Advisory have appointed Hazel Thomson as a Senior Change Management Consultant.
Hazel is an experienced change and project management professional with extensive international experience. She specialises in the ‘people’ side of change and has particular expertise in change readiness planning, communication strategy development, organisation effectiveness and learning and development.
Hazel began her career in the change management practice of Accenture. She has also held a number of senior Human Resources and Organisation Development roles in the UK and US, most recently at Freescale Semiconductor in Austin, Texas.
In her role at Marbral, Hazel will help clients develop approaches that help individuals and teams smoothly transition to new ways of working to fully realise the benefits of their change programmes.
