Marbral Advisory has appointed Dr Jeremy Cross as Head of Leadership Development.
In his new role, Jeremy will develop the Marbral 'Coaching Academy', which will offer executive coaching to leaders and their teams in addition to accredited 'Manager as Coach' training. As an expert in developing leaders and coaching cultures in global firms, Jeremy will work closely with clients to develop evidence-based, value-added solutions.
Jeremy is an experienced programme director, specialising in the behavioural aspects of change. He has worked in a range of sectors with clients such as BP, BT, Sainsbury’s, Royal Mail and the NHS.
