Ogier have announced management changes to its Jersey based executive team with a new Group Chief Operating Officer and a new Finance Director.

Aaron joined Ogier as Group Finance Director in May 2009, having spent the previous ten years with HSBC.

Jamie Bore (pictured bottom) has been promoted to Group Finance Director with responsibility for the Group's management and operational finances. Jamie joined Ogier in July 2009, initially working on strategic projects, moving to be Finance Director for the Fiduciary division before taking on his new role. Prior to joining Ogier Jamie worked for the financial services firm IFG as the UK Group business analyst.

Nick Kershaw, Ogier Group Chief Executive Officer said "I'm delighted to announce these two new promotions and it's great to see our talent management and succession planning programme working so effectively. Aaron and Jamie have the ideal experience and knowledge of our business to assist us in the next chapter of our development. We would like to thank Helen for her significant contribution over the last few years and wish her well for the future."
