Property investment company C Le Masurier have recently disposed of a second Jersey property generating cumulative proceeds of £3.3 million.

The former Motor Museum, trading as Morton & Morton, and Alexandra Court in St Peter were sold on Friday 29th August. 59/61 King Street, trading as Restaurant de la Poste and Jersey Pottery CafÉ, and 18 Broad Street, trading as the Town Jewellers - both in St Helier – were sold last month.

Ben Ludlam, Group Property Director at C Le Masurier, said: "These disposals form part of our strategy of divestment from non-core investments in Jersey, with proceeds being reinvested in commercial property in the UK and Continental Europe. We are hoping to complete a further couple of acquisitions there before the end of this year".
