JTC Group has acquired a 20 per cent stake in Kensington Trust Group (KTG), having previously entered into a strategic alliance with the company in May 2013.
The acquisition will give JTC enhanced access to the Asian market through KTG’s network and give reciprocal access to KTG via JTC’s global footprint.
With KTG having offices and a prominent presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Labuan, Kuala Lumpur and New Zealand, the new deal provides JTC with a superior Asian platform.
