Offshore lawyer Eva Holt has joined the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX) as Deputy Head of Listings and Compliance.
In this role, she assumes responsibility for supervising and processing listing applications and ensuring compliance among existing participants with the Exchange’s listing rules and procedures.
Eva has extensive experience in servicing and providing listing services. She joins the CSX from Walkers’ Jersey office, where she was Head of Listings and a member of the Finance and Corporate Group. Prior to this, she was with Mourant’s Jersey office for five years.
