Jersey Solicitor Michelle Leverington (pictured) has joined Hanson Renouf Advocates, from Appleby, as Head of Wills and Probate. Her appointment complements the specialist litigation firm's non-contentious services. Also an adjunct professor in Succession Law at Jersey's Institute of Law, Michelle brings with her a wealth of professional experience in Will drafting, estate planning and probate administration, including dealing with complex estates such as family run businesses and resolving disputes between family members. Michelle also plays a significant role in the property and conveyancing department where she acts in the purchase and sale of properties, and additionally, she advises borrowers and lenders in relation to commercial and private loans. Her appointment further develops the Hanson Renouf high net worth private client and trust company business, and is another milestone for the firm which has doubled in size and moved to larger premises in the past three years.
