Three consultants have recently joined C5 Alliance in Jersey, further strengthening the IT consultancy’s client service offering. David Scambler brings over 17 years of IT industry experience to the firm and joins as a senior consultant. He specialises in desktop and server deployment methodologies and is a proficient Wintel engineer, particularly Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Active Directory. Mr Scambler has worked in several different business sectors and has experience in investment banking, law and the consultancy sector; experience that is valuable to many Channel Island businesses. Louis Smit joins C5 as a consultant specialising in SAP Business Object reporting with experience of utilising this technology in the hedge fund sector as well as private banking. Mr Smit has over 10 years’ experience in IT and has extensive knowledge of designing tools and systems that facilitate client reporting. He is also an experienced client relationship manager and will be taking on project management roles on C5 client sites. C5 has also appointed David Scott as an associate consultant providing expertise on data warehousing solutions. Mr Scott has been a specialist in this sector for over 17 years and has worked on large scale enterprise projects within high data-volume industries including retail, insurance, airlines, government and finance. Mr Scott also provides C5 clients in the finance sector with bespoke data based application solutions for internal and regulatory reporting, fund management, Forex processing and client review systems. Chief Operating Officer at C5 Rob Leader said: “Bringing in David, Louis and David adds some further diverse skills to our team.
