Ogier's BVI office has appointed Andrew Wanambwa as a new Partner in its Dispute Resolution Team.
Andrew joins Ogier from Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in London and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. He trained with Clifford Chance in London and is admitted in the UK as both a barrister and a solicitor. He has extensive experience advising major corporates, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners on a broad range of large commercial disputes.
Andrew has acted for clients in industries as diverse as accountancy, finance, telecoms, insurance, mining, oil, and transport. He spent over two years in Hong Kong where he was admitted as a solicitor in 2008. Whilst there he worked on one of the jurisdiction's biggest commercial disputes arising out of its largest insolvency to date.
