Submission deadline for corporate entries only a week away!

There is only a week left before submissions have to be in for this year’s Customer Service Awards.

Alongside the individual employee categories for which the Guernsey public has been busy voting, this year there are four categories available for companies to shout about their successes in Customer Service.

Companies can enter as many categories as they wish and are asked to provide evidence of improvements in business performance they have enjoyed as a direct result of an innovative approach or a revised strategy for Customer Service delivery.

The panel of judges brings together a range of experience from a number of sectors and backgrounds and members of the panel are pleased that this year the awards include some corporate categories. Barry Cash, Director of the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce commented:

“Following the success of last year’s event we had requests from organisations who would have liked to have had the opportunity to enter at company level. I really hope that businesses out there take up the challenge and tell us about their own successes.”

Customer Service Innovation of the Year

Customer Service Strategy of the Year

Customer Commitment Award

Best Use of Social Media.

The Awards ceremony will take place in the centre of Market Square on Friday 6 July at 5.00 pm. Everyone is welcome to along to see who walks away with the prizes, and find out if their nominee wins the coveted prize.
